Used for over 20 years and never a problem. The dogs are always happy to return and are well looked after.
Used this place for about 15 years. Great place and never had any issues. Can't fault them at all. Highly recommend.

I travel slightly Futher than I need to so my pets can be seen here as the staff are all so genuine and caring. I've had a dog need a dew claw removal which at £154 including pain relief for at home wasn't terrible! Their kitten starter packs at £65 including first vaccines, 4 flea and work treatments and regular weight checks were so helpful for us! I also have direct debits set up to spread the cost of regular treatments such as flea, worm, and vaccines across the year. £14 for my medium sized dog and £10 for my 4kg can I can't complain about saving almost £200 a year just on regular treatments.
Friendly and helpful staff. Eric the vet is great and very knowledgeable. Our cat doesn't like travelling and the vet always cleans him up. Obviously never cheap when you go, but they have deals for lifetime vaccinations etc. Always help you with insurance claims when needed.

Very kind and caring at such a difficult time for us. Each vet we saw took the time to explain everything thoroughly and patiently answered our questions. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful.
I signed up to this surgery nearly 2 years ago now and they are brilliant with my pets... 2 dogs and a cat, they also helped a hedgehog that we rescued. I can always get in to see a vet when I need to, it's a hospital as well so they do emergency hours (which I did have to use once for my puppy)... check-up, nurse treatments and food for my elderly cat. Staff here are amazing - very happy indeed

Staff are genuinely friendly and get to know the animals if you go regularly, which we unfortunately have had to do with 2 of our cats. It's a busy practice but they've always found room for us when there's been something urgent that needs attention, and we've always found the vets to be forthcoming with explanations, advice and possible alternative options.
I was extremely worried about my dog's health issues. After a couple of visits to the vet, everything now under control. Turns out he's diabetic. All was explained to me in fine, understandable detail, and the dog is doing very well now.
